The ACP MRX2RE XpressChef™ 3i Series Combination Oven is designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a compact 0.61 cu. ft. capacity, it combines 3000 watts of impingement cooking power with 2000 watts of microwave energy, allowing for rapid cooking and browning. The temperature range spans from 200°F to 520°F (95°C-270°C), accommodating a variety of cooking methods.
This oven features stackable design, 4-stage cooking capabilities, and 11 power levels, providing flexibility for over 1200 menu settings. The 7" True-Touch™ HD touchscreen display simplifies operation, while USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity enable easy menu updates and remote monitoring.
Equipped with a catalytic converter, the MRX2RE filters grease-laden air and vapors, allowing for ventless operation. It includes three removable filters and a clean filter reminder for maintenance ease. The bottom-hinged pull-down door offers convenient access, and the stainless steel interior ensures durability and easy cleaning. The exterior combines stainless steel and painted steel for a sleek look.
Included with the oven are a cook plate (CP10) and an oven paddle (PA10). Operating at 5.95kW with a voltage of 208-240v/60/1-ph and 28.6 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug.
