The Admiral Craft BDOF-110 is a mobile fryer filter designed for efficient oil filtration in commercial kitchens. With a compact 18" x 13" chamber, it accommodates up to 110 lbs of oil, making it ideal for high-volume frying operations. The system pumps oil at a rate of 1.32 gallons per minute, ensuring quick and effective filtration.
Featuring a 15.32-gallon capacity filtering chamber, the BDOF-110 includes a 5' removable flexible filtering hose with a stainless steel nozzle for easy maneuverability. Its durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity, while the low-profile design and fold-down handle enhance portability.
The fryer filter is equipped with a separate on/off power switch and a start/stop pump button for user-friendly operation. It rolls smoothly on (4) swivel casters, with 2 locking for stability during use. The system comes complete with a stainless steel gasket, filter mesh, rubber gasket, filter papers, and filter powder, making it a comprehensive solution for maintaining oil quality.
