The AMPTO AMALFI A1 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for both commercial and home use. Featuring a spacious deck measuring 26"W x 41"D x 7"H, it accommodates up to six 12" pizzas or two 18" pizzas, making it ideal for busy kitchens. With a maximum operating temperature of 840°F, this oven ensures quick and efficient cooking. Equipped with 20 customizable programs, the AMPTO AMALFI A1 allows for precise control over cooking times and temperatures, ensuring perfect results every time. The built-in timer and halogen lighting enhance usability, providing visibility and convenience during the baking process. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and a refractory brick baking chamber, this oven is designed for longevity and optimal heat retention. The bottom-hinged stainless steel door offers easy access for loading and unloading pizzas.
