Description
The AMPTO S125E1 is a high-performance electric deck-type pizza oven designed for professional kitchens. Featuring spacious decks measuring 48-3/4" x 49-1/5" x 6-1/4"H, this oven can accommodate up to ten 14" pizzas, six 18" pizzas, or six 26" x 18" trays per deck. The refractory brick baking surface ensures optimal heat retention and even cooking for perfectly baked pizzas.
With a maximum operating temperature of 842°F, the S125E1 allows for quick cooking times, while the timer function helps manage baking durations with precision. Each deck offers 100 customizable programs, enabling chefs to tailor settings for various recipes and preferences.
The oven is equipped with two stainless steel bottom-hinged double doors for easy access and monitoring, complemented by halogen lighting that illuminates the cooking area. Its durable stainless steel external structure ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The standard open frame base with casters provides mobility and stability.
Operating at 208V/60Hz/3Ph with a power output of 12kW per deck, the AMPTO S125E1 meets CE and ETL standards, including ETL-Sanitation, and is proudly made in Italy, reflecting high-quality craftsmanship.
