Description

The Astra Manufacturing M3-013 is a high-performance espresso and cappuccino machine designed for commercial use. Featuring three brewing heads, it allows for simultaneous brewing, enhancing efficiency in busy environments. The machine includes three manual steam valves and one manual hot water valve, with an option to upgrade to two steam wands and two hot water valves for increased versatility. Equipped with a robust 17-liter boiler, the M3-013 can produce up to 720 cups per hour, making it ideal for high-demand settings. The rotary Procon® pump ensures consistent pressure, while the thermo circulation brewing system guarantees optimal extraction temperatures. Automatic water fill and pre-infusion capabilities enhance the brewing process, ensuring rich and flavorful espresso. Constructed with brass flare fittings for durability, the machine operates on 220 volts, 30 amps, and 5500 watts. It meets UL STD 197, CSA 222.2 No. 109, and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4 standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
