It includes a self-closing hinged solid door with a lock for secure storage. The digital temperature control allows for precise adjustments within a range of 34° to 40°F, ensuring optimal food preservation. Automatic evaporation and air defrost systems enhance performance and reduce maintenance. The prep table comes equipped with two shelves for organized storage, a 19-1/4" poly cutting board for easy food preparation, and six 1/3 stainless steel pans for ingredient storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen.
