Description

The Beverage Air SPE36HC-08C is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 36 inches and a capacity of 10.01 cu. ft., it features two doors for easy access and includes four epoxy-coated wire shelves (two per door) for organized storage. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans. A 17" cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor.
