The Beverage Air SPE48HC-10C is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. The stainless steel top includes an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans, along with a 17" cutting board for efficient food prep.
