The Beverage Air SPE72HC-08C is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.02 cu. ft. capacity, it features three doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 17" cutting board and additional counter space for efficient food preparation. This unit is equipped with six adjustable shelves, ensuring optimal organization and storage. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and doors, while the bottom and back are made of galvanized steel. The interior is aluminum, providing a clean and easy-to-maintain environment. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling.
