Description

The Beverage Air SPE72HC-18 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.02 cu. ft. capacity, it features three doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans. A 10" cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes six shelves for organized storage and is constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom and back. The aluminum interior ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
