Description

The Beverage Air SPE72HC-18C is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72"W and a 20.02 cu. ft. capacity, it features three durable doors for easy access. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (18) 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans. A 17" cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes six adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability and a galvanized steel bottom and back, it ensures long-lasting performance. The aluminum interior promotes easy cleaning, while the rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
