Description

The Beverage Air SPED27HC is a one-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 27 inches and a capacity of 6.76 cubic feet, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The stainless steel top includes openings for six 1/6 size pans and two 1/9 size pans, with 4-inch deep pans included and the capability to fit 6-inch deep pans. A 10-inch polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient workspace. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor. The SPED27HC is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and is proudly made in the USA.
