The Beverage Air SPED36HC-10C-2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a 36"W design with a spacious 10.01 cu. ft. capacity. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, providing easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans included, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
