Description

The Beverage Air SPED48HC-08-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of 6" deep pans as well. A 10" polyethylene cutting board offers ample workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. It is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor. The product is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in the USA.
