The Beverage Air SPED48HC-08C-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cubic feet, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6-inch deep pans, providing easy access to ingredients. The unit includes one door and a stainless steel top with openings for eight 1/6 size pans, ensuring efficient organization and storage. A 17-inch polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation.
