The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a spacious 60"W design with a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with the provided pans being 4" deep, while the tops can accommodate 6" deep pans. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and longevity. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a powerful 1/3 HP compressor. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
