Description

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60"W and a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as well. A 10" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in the USA.
