The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60"W and a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 16 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided and the capability to fit 6" deep pans. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor.
