Description

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08-2 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal food storage and preparation. With a spacious 72"W and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile organization. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design also supports 6" deep pans. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor.
