Description

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08-4 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal food storage and preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with the provided pans being 4" deep. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor.
