Description

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18C-2 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design allows for 6" deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and aluminum interior, this unit is built for durability. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in the USA.
