The Bizerba GSP H I 150-GCB is a robust electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use. Featuring a 13" grooved cheese blade, it ensures precise slicing for a variety of food items. The slicer is equipped with eight safety interlocks for enhanced operator safety. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction provides durability and ease of cleaning. The high carriage design includes a 25° incline towards the operator and a 40° gravity feed for efficient slicing.
The thumb guard measures 5.8" wide, and the removable pusher-plate allows for easy maintenance. A remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial ensures the blade remains sharp for optimal performance. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating different food preparation needs. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.5 amps and a power consumption of 0.4kW.
