The Bizerba GSP H USPH-VSP-60HZ-220V is a heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in high-demand environments. Featuring a robust 13" blade, this manual slicer ensures precise cuts with a slice thickness adjustable from 0 to 0.94 inches. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction provides durability and easy cleaning, while the high carriage design with a 25° incline towards the operator and a 40° gravity feed enhances user ergonomics. Safety is paramount with six interlocks and a thumb guard measuring 3.5" wide, ensuring secure operation. The removable pusher-plate allows for easy maintenance, and the remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial keeps the blade in optimal condition.
