The Bizerba GSP HD I 90 is an advanced electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty performance and safety. Featuring a robust 13" chromium-coated blade with a Rockwell hardness of 60-62 at the tip, it ensures precision slicing for various food items. The slicer includes a food tray, full product fence, and a full product deflector equipped with a magnetic lock for enhanced safety during operation.
The rear-mounted meat-grip with a removable remnant holder, combined with a 40° gravity feed, allows for effortless slicing. It offers three speeds and three strokes, along with a manual mode that features servo assist for optimal control. Six safety interlocks and a 3.5” wide thumb guard enhance user protection.
Constructed with a seamless anodized aluminum base, gauge plate, and carriage, the slicer is built for durability. The remote sharpener, complete with a storage pan, ensures the blade remains sharp for consistent performance. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94", accommodating a variety of food preparation needs. Powered by an Emotion variable speed motor, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 2.6 amps and 0.24kW. The unit is equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus, and DGUV safety standards.
