The Bizerba GSP HD I W-90-K12 is a semi-automatic electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty performance. Featuring a robust 13" blade, it ensures precise slicing with adjustable thickness from 0 to 0.94" (0 to 24mm). The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° angled gravity feed for optimal efficiency. This model includes a remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial and kaddy (GSP-BBS-KADDY) for easy maintenance. The integrated manual portion scale has a weighing range of 0 to 6.6 lb. (0-3 kg) with a 100% tare function and a digit interval of 2 g/0.005 lb. The touch screen display provides user-friendly operation, featuring auto alerts for slice count and weight.
