Description
The Bizerba GSP SBR H I 90 is a heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in high-demand environments. Featuring a 13" stainless steel channel blade, it ensures precise slicing with adjustable thickness settings ranging from 0 to 0.94 inches. The illuminated safety slicer includes a remote 2.0 interlock sharpener with a spring-loaded dial for easy maintenance. Constructed from seamless anodized aluminum, this slicer is both durable and easy to clean. The high carriage design features a 25° incline towards the operator and a 40° gravity feed for optimal slicing control. Safety is prioritized with a thumb guard measuring 3.5" wide and a removable pusher plate. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, the slicer operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a current of 3.5 amps and a power consumption of 0.4kW. It comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The Bizerba GSP SBR H I 90 meets ETL sanitation standards, UL-157 gaskets and seals, cETLus certification, and has been DGUV safety tested, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.

  • Warranty: Bizerba USA Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of new equipment that said equipment, when installed in accordance with our instructions and subjected to normal usage, is free from defects in material and or workmanship for one (1) year for parts, excluding wear items, including but not limited to the blade, blade cover, pusher plate, and sharpener stones. Periodic maintenance including lubrication and sharpening are not covered. The labor warranty is one year, from original installation, or up to three additional months from actual shipment, whichever date occurs first.
