The Blue Air BLPT60-D4-HC is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a spacious 60-3/8"W design with a 16.7 cu. ft. capacity. It includes a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. The unit accommodates (16) 1/6 size pans, which are included, and offers (4) drawers for additional storage.
A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for convenience. The insulated pan cover features a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients organized. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system enhance usability, while the stainless steel interior and exterior (with galvanized steel back and bottom) ensure durability and easy cleaning.
