The Cambro CMBH1826LC192 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and storage. Measuring 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this low-profile Camtherm® Hot Cart features a single door and can accommodate a variety of food pan sizes, including up to 11 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans (requires five additional rail sets), 12 food pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans at 12" x 20" x 4" deep, 6 pans at 12" x 20" x 6" deep, or 4 pans at 12" x 20" x 8" deep.
Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this cabinet ensures precise heating. The adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails provide flexibility for various pan configurations. A Celsius solar digital thermometer allows for easy temperature monitoring. The molded-in handles and bumpers enhance mobility, while nylon door latches ensure secure closure.
The serving top includes a vent and a menu clip for added convenience. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior in a granite green finish, the cabinet is built for longevity.
