The Cambro CMBH1826TBC191 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and service. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this tall profile Camtherm® Hot Cart accommodates up to 12 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans (requires five additional rail sets) and various food pan sizes, including 24 pans at 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", 16 pans at 12" x 20" x 4", 12 pans at 12" x 20" x 6", and 8 pans at 12" x 20" x 8".
It features a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch for easy operation. The adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails provide flexibility for different pan configurations. A Celsius solar digital thermometer ensures accurate temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and bumpers enhance mobility and protection.
The serving top includes a vent and a menu clip for convenience.
