The Cambro CMBHC1826TSC192 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this tall profile cart features a double door for easy access. It accommodates up to 12 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans (requires five additional rail sets) and various food pan sizes, including 24 pans at 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", 16 pans at 12" x 20" x 4", 12 pans at 12" x 20" x 6", and 8 pans at 12" x 20" x 8".
Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this electric cart ensures precise heating.
