It accommodates up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2", and includes five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2".
The cabinet features two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors for easy access, reinforced with 4" nylon latches for secure closure. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability.
