This low-profile, electric cart features a single compartment that accommodates a variety of food storage options, including up to eight 18" x 26" sheet pans, sixteen 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, sixteen GN 1/1 food pans, eight 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and eight 16" x 16" pizza boxes.
It effectively keeps food hot for up to four hours when unplugged, ensuring your meals remain at the perfect serving temperature. The unit is equipped with a gasket-free magnetic quick-close door for easy access, reinforced by four durable nylon latches.
Inside, five pairs of stainless steel universal rails provide flexible storage with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2". A solar digital thermometer allows for precise temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability and protection.
The interchangeable module, secured with tamper-resistant fasteners, includes a "hot" module on the back for efficient heating. The cart rolls smoothly on four heavy-duty 6" x 2" tamper-resistant casters, with two fixed and two swivel casters featuring brakes for stability.
