The Cambro PCUPCSP615 Security Package Pro Cart Ultra™ is an enclosed food pan carrier designed for optimal temperature retention and secure transport of food. This electric unit features a bottom cold-only compartment and front-loading access, accommodating up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans. It can also hold 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2".
Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, this carrier ensures easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. The durable construction includes a polyethylene exterior in charcoal gray, complemented by molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper for added protection. The unit features five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing of 3" to 1-1/2", allowing for versatile food storage options.
