The Cambro PCUPH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and storage. This electric unit features bottom heating only and accommodates a variety of food containers, holding up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep). It also fits 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2".
Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and durable 4" nylon latches, this cabinet ensures secure and easy access. The interior features five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2", allowing for versatile food placement. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance mobility and protection.
The Cambro PCUPH615 is built with a robust polyethylene exterior in a charcoal gray finish and is powered by a 9' cord with a plug.
