It holds up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2".
Featuring two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and durable 4" nylon latches, this carrier ensures secure closure. It includes a menu pocket for easy identification and five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2". A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability.
