The Cambro UPC1600SP131 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable, one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 24 full-size pans at 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans at 4" deep, 12 pans at 6" deep, or 8 pans at 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 120 quarts.
Equipped with a security package and tamper-resistant features, it includes molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability. The nylon latch and air-tight gasket provide a secure seal, while the vent cap allows for steam release.
