This S-Series Ultra Pan Carrier® features a top-loading design that accommodates one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 6 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 20 quarts. It effectively keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (between 190° - 179° F) and cold for up to 4 hours (between 33.9° - 35.8° F).
Equipped with four EZ grip molded-in handles and four durable nylon latches, this carrier ensures easy transport and secure closure. The built-in gasket and self-venting design enhance performance, while its stackable feature allows for efficient storage alongside MPC Camcarriers and UPC Ultra Pan Carriers.
