Description

The Cleveland Range KEL100T is an electric tilting kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 100-gallon capacity. Its 2/3 steam jacket design ensures efficient heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The kettle features solid state water level control for precise operation and an open tri-leg base for stability and easy access. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, it offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. The kettle is equipped with flanged feet for secure placement and has a 50 psi rating for reliable performance. Optional cover and draw-off features enhance versatility, while the IPX6 rating ensures protection against water ingress.
