The Cleveland Range KEL60T is an electric tilting kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 60-gallon capacity. Its 2/3 steam jacket design ensures efficient heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The kettle features solid state water level control for precise monitoring and an open tri-leg base for stability and easy access. Constructed with a 316 series stainless steel interior, it offers durability and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is rated for 50 psi, making it suitable for various cooking applications. Optional cover and draw-off features enhance versatility, while the IPX6 rating ensures protection against water ingress.
