The 10° tilt cooking feature allows for precise control during cooking, complemented by an easy manual hand tilt mechanism. The spring-assisted cover includes a vent for steam release, ensuring optimal cooking conditions. Gallon and liter markings provide accurate measurement for ingredients. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it boasts an open leg frame for stability and ease of access.
