This boilerless, half-size unit features programmable controls with a user-friendly 7" touch screen, allowing for seamless operation. With a capacity to store up to 250 recipes, it offers four operating modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and rethermalization, catering to a variety of cooking needs.
The oven accommodates (4) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, (6) 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, or (4) 12" x 20" wire fry baskets, making it ideal for diverse menu options. A multi-point core probe ensures precise cooking results, while the included (3) wire racks enhance cooking flexibility.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Convotherm 6.10ET MINI is built to last and features 4" adjustable legs for stability. Its automatic cleaning system simplifies maintenance, and it is rated IPX4 for water resistance. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and is UL-Listed ventless, eliminating the need for a hood (subject to local codes).
