Description

The Convotherm C4 ET 10.20EB-N DD SGL is an electric combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. It features a steam generator and accommodates up to (10) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. The package includes (10) 21” x 23” wire shelves and (10) 12” x 20” fry baskets for versatile cooking options. Equipped with a 10" wifi-ready easyTouch control panel, this oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, allowing for a variety of meal preparations. The design includes a disappearing door and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle for enhanced safety and cleanliness. The hands-free auto clean feature, along with the pull-out spray hose and ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, simplifies maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this model is UL-Listed ventless, eliminating the need for a hood (subject to local codes). It is also cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
