The Convotherm C4 ET 10.20ES-N DD SGL is an advanced electric combi oven designed specifically for school kitchens. This boilerless model accommodates up to 10 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 20 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20" x 1". It features a user-friendly 10" easyTouch control panel with Wi-Fi readiness, allowing for seamless operation and monitoring. Included with the oven are 10 wire shelves and 10 fry baskets, providing versatile cooking options. The unit offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, making it ideal for a variety of K-12 menu items. The design incorporates a disappearing door and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle for enhanced safety and cleanliness. The Convotherm C4 also boasts a hands-free auto clean feature, complemented by the ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system and a pull-out spray hose for easy maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this UL-Listed, ventless oven eliminates the need for a hood, adhering to local codes. It is also cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
