Description

The Duke E-3-DLSS is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for hot food service. Measuring 46"W x 34"D x 36"H, it features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes three stainless steel sealed wells with drains for efficient food storage and serving. It is equipped with copper manifolds and a brass valve for reliable temperature control, complemented by thermostat controls for precise heating. An integral stainless steel cutting board provides added convenience, while the dish shelf offers ample space for serving essentials. The body and undershelf are constructed from 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring strength and stability. The unit stands on 6"H stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling on any surface. The Duke E-3-DLSS is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
