Description

The Duke E-4-DLSS is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 60"W x 34"D x 36"H, it features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes four stainless steel sealed wells with drains, allowing for seamless food preparation and serving. Equipped with copper manifolds and a brass valve, the thermostat controls provide precise temperature management for optimal food safety. An integral stainless steel cutting board enhances functionality, while the dish shelf offers convenient storage. The 20-gauge stainless steel body and undershelf provide additional durability, and the 6"H stainless steel legs with adjustable feet ensure stability on various surfaces. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
