Description

The Duke E-6-DLSS is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Featuring a robust 88"W x 34"D x 36"H design, it is constructed with a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. This unit includes six stainless steel sealed wells equipped with drains and copper manifolds for optimal food temperature retention and easy cleanup. The brass valve and precise thermostat controls allow for accurate temperature management, ensuring your dishes are served at the perfect temperature. An integral stainless steel cutting board provides added convenience for food preparation, while the dish shelf offers ample storage for serving essentials. The 20-gauge stainless steel body and undershelf enhance durability, and the 6"H stainless steel legs with adjustable feet ensure stability on various surfaces. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
