Description
The Duke EP-3-CBPG is a portable electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top and includes three stainless steel sealed wells with drains for easy maintenance. The unit is equipped with copper manifolds and a brass valve for reliable temperature control, complemented by a built-in thermostat. A stainless steel cutting board provides additional workspace, while the 20-gauge paint grip steel body ensures durability. The undershelf and doors offer convenient storage, and the protective bumper enhances safety. Mobility is facilitated by five-inch diameter swivel casters, and it comes with a six-foot cord and plug for easy setup. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
