The Duke EP-4-CBPG is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 60"W x 25-1/2"D x 36"H, it features a robust 16-gauge stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes four stainless steel sealed wells with drains and copper manifolds for optimal heat retention and food safety. A brass valve and thermostat provide precise temperature control, while the stainless steel cutting board adds convenience for food preparation. The 20-gauge paint grip steel body is complemented by an undershelf and doors for additional storage. Equipped with a protective bumper and 5" diameter swivel casters, this steam table is easy to maneuver. It comes with a 6' cord and plug for straightforward setup.
