The Duke EP-5-CBPG is a portable electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 74"W x 25-1/2"D x 36"H, it features a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes five stainless steel sealed wells with drains for optimal food storage and easy cleanup. It is equipped with copper manifolds and a brass valve for reliable temperature control, complemented by a built-in thermostat for precise heating.
The stainless steel cutting board provides a convenient prep area, while the 20-gauge paint grip steel body adds strength and stability. An undershelf and doors offer additional storage space, and the integrated bumper protects against wear and tear.
