Description
The Duke EP305SW is a portable electric serving counter designed for hot food service. It features a spacious 72-3/8" width and includes five sealed hot food wells, each measuring 12" x 20", equipped with individual drains and valves for easy maintenance. The unit is controlled by infinite controls, allowing precise temperature adjustments. The stainless steel top is complemented by a durable 1/2" thick, 7" wide poly carving board on the operator's side, enhancing functionality. The open base is constructed from stainless steel and includes an undershelf for additional storage. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, and it comes with a 6' cord and plug for convenient power access. The Duke EP305SW is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
